Once your membership is confirmed and payment processed, your dedicated member liaison will contact you within 2 business days to onboard you and give you full access to the member portal. Most members make their first booking within the first week.
No - your membership allows unlimited travel throughout the year at member rates. You can take as many trips as you like, whenever you like, whether you prefer frequent short getaways or extended holidays.
Memberships are linked to an individual. Therefore the relevant member must be travelling in the group in order to receive the relevant member discounts. In other words, a member cannot make a booking for another family member if the member will not be travelling in the group.
The Registry Collection® and RCI are global networks of high-end vacation properties. As a Pangolin Club member, you gain access to their entire portfolio at 20–60% below standard rates. This is how members have saved hundreds of thousands of Rands on extended trips, like the 8-week US road trip in our member story above.
The Pangolin Club is open to homeowners in the Pangolin Collection as well as qualifying individual members. Our application process ensures a community of like-minded individuals who value quality travel and exclusive experiences. Apply and your liaison will confirm your eligibility.
Your membership renews annually. Benefits are continually added throughout your membership - new partners, new properties, and new perks. Long-term members often find the value increases significantly year-on-year.
